Immigration Physical

INS physical requires two part.

First Part consist of complete physical exam and blood work to determine your health status.

Second part consist of review of immunization status and update.

When you make appointment to come in, you will have full physical and blood work and immunization review. You will need to return in later date for result of blood work (usually 3-5 days) and will be given completed I-693 form if no abnormalities are found
